Hello,
I graduated with a bachelor's in a non-medical field from Cal State Northridge and am looking to take my pre-med classes now. I am located in LA and have looked into USC and LMU post bacc, but both are too expensive for me. Would med schools look down on me splitting some of my pre-med classes at both UCLA Extension and Cal State Northridge? Would it be better to simply pick one of the two and take them all there or does it really make no difference? I've heard that I should stick with taking classes at the school I graduated from because the difficulty would be the same, but I've also ready some good things here about UCLA Extension.
For me, splitting is probably easier as I will have more flexibility about my schedule, but if it will hurt my chances then I won't.
Thank you for your help.
