I tried to look on the schools' sites, but I'm having a hard time coming up with the answers. For Texas schools that require biochem (UTSA and TT), is it possible to take it after getting accepted? Also, are there schools in Texas that do not take online courses for pre-reqs? I'm working an erratic schedule and can't actually go to class, so I'm forced to take an online course for biochem. Also, has anybody gotten the biochem requirement waived? I took a 5 hr biochem course in pharmacy school and one of the admin staff at Texas Tech were looking into counting it, but she hasn't replied and I don't want to sound too pushy. Thanks guys.

Call the admissions office and ask anonymously.

I know some if not most don't care so long as the classes are completed prior to matriculation.

Atleast for UTSA, they give you a form to sign when you come to interview that says you agree to have all pre-req's completed prior to the day you matriculate AND that if not they can and will pull your acceptance. But if I remember correctly they mentioned the option of doing biochem online through some medical school.

I also need to get biochem for these schools. I have not applied yet but I work forty hours a week 9-5 and it seems like all the biochems around here are during the weekdays. Where did you find an online biochem course?
