Taking Step 3 next week, will i pass??

I'm getting 53% on USMLE world which is 21st percentile. On the sample CD sent by the NBME I got about 68% right. How did you guys do who already took the test and do you think I'll pass? At this point it's $200 to reschedule.

It's going to be tough to compare since everyone studied to a different extent for this test. Some just spent a weekend, others took a couple weeks off!
