I know for a fact that ADA allows people to take the DAT many times ( more than three ). It will just be more expensive.
Does taking the DAT more than three times make the applicant ineligible for acceptance ?
I am sorry for my English. It is my second language.
Thanks.

The ADA allows an applicant to take the DAT up to three times. Any further attempts must be pre-approved by the ADA via application. I don't really know many people who've taken it more than three times, but the rumor is some dental schools really frown on taking it more than three times. It does not technically disqualify you for admission, but they will ask why you needed to take it more than three times.

You better have a real solid reason for taking it a 4th time. If you can't do well enough by the third time that's a big red flag you're going to have some serious trouble in dental school.

No clue. Probably call the schools you feel most comfortable to pursue a degree of dentistry with and ask.
