My college offers a Cell Biology as a 100% online class. Would this be ok? I heard that med school do not favor online courses. This is not a prerequisite (i.e. Bio 1 or 2), so is it fine to take online?

Yup, should be fine! Some schools do accept online courses for prereqs but it depends on the school, which is why most people will tell you to be careful. But since this isn't a prereq, no need to worry.
