Talking about secondary topics in interview?

Hi All,

I know that many interviews are open file, and I was wondering if it's ok to talk about secondary topics in interviews. For example, if an interviewer asks "What's your greatest challenge?" and I already wrote about my greatest challenge in an adversity prompt for that school, should I try to pick another "great challenge" or is it ok to go more in depth about the one I wrote about? Any thoughts from both students and adcoms? Thanks!
