Gated community located within 10mi of USF, UT, several hospitals, TPA airport, International Mall, and downtown Tampa; 30-35 mins from downtown St. Pete/PIE airport, and conveniently located near freeways/tolls, plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Includes: water, trash, electricity, W&D, internet, and basic cable TV (living room only). There’s a 2 y.o. Maltese name Eevee that roams around the house, so you must be dog friendly. The house is equipped with an alarm system and security cameras (in the common areas).
