So I'm using the Goljan book in parallel with my coursework. For conditions that Goljan covers, but FA does not cover, did you guys put that into FA, too? Goljan has lots more information than FA, so just wondering what to do about that here. Thanks.

Can you clarify? A lot from Goljan won't be important to know? I'm just wondering whether to exclude (ie not study) things not mentioned in FA, or if it doesn't hurt to know it, even though there's so much to know already.

I dont think you annotate RR into FA using the Taus method. You just read RR over and over.
