Taped review lectures?

Hey, just wondering if anyone puts out taped lectures (e.g. powerpoint presentations with audio) for sale - maybe something that reviewed the BCSC series in powerpoint format. Just to mix up studying formats for people like me who fall asleep after 20 minutes of trying to read Optics.

I know some of the review courses out there tape their lectures like this, but I haven't heard of these being available outside of the course.

I've been recruiting authors to put together a lecture series that can be made available through DVD for ophthalmology review. If anyone wants to work on this, then send me an e-mail at adoan[AT]medrounds.org

The lectures would look something like this as the final product:

I would need you to have original slides/photos/diagrams and then record your lecture on MP3. I will then assemble the sound with the slides.
