I just read chapter 10 and started the passages. I was doing fine until I hit this question (#11). The explanation in the back states that BglII gives fragmentation sizes of 7kb and 2kb. Then it says that this is observed in B and C. I don't see that at all. For starters, B and C mix BglII with other things and C shows the BglII at 4 or 5 kb. Also, all of the answer choices with BglII can be broken down into 7 and 2 kb fragments...
