How much?
I don't want to jump to any conclusion here, so I'm going to assume you are not aware that you are asking a seller to engage in an illegal activity that could jeopardize their pursuit of medical school. The CBTs are available for purchase from the company, so there is no need for you to ask someone to sell them to you unlawfully.
So to answer your question of "How much?", it's not so much the monetary aspect that should be of concern. Considering it's illegal to sell BR CBTs without BR's expressed permission, the cost would probably be a police report being filed against the seller and the buyer followed by certified letter to AAMC and various medical schools explaining that you are suspected of stealing from a small company. Accessing the exams its traceable, and at the very least the seller is on the hook with a signed document acknowledging they wouldn't do such a thing.
Here's a case where it's best to follow the honest way and get them from the company. It's not worth it for you to do something unethical to save a few bucks, especially when you put the seller's career goals at risk. If someone has to resort to being dishonest, they don't really need it that much.
There are some cases here on SDN where someone sold their CBT access, but they did so by first contacting the BR office with the details of their situation, and BR not only agreed, but extended the accounts to help the seller out.
If you are buying BR CBTs from anyone other than BR, you are best served to contact the BR office to make sure the seller has worked out permission to do so.
