I got really confused when I came across this part:
"In figure 8-10 the torque is directed into the page. The dipole will therefore rotate clockwise until it lines up with the field"
I know when multiplying by cross product the direction points into the page but how can it rotate clockwise if the direction of the torque is into the page. Thank you for the help.
