TBR FL Ordering Problems

I ordered TBR FL's via snail mail a week ago. I still have not gotten any confirmation from my email that they received payment or anything. I though that the process would be faster since they are not actually mailing me books just a code via email. Has anyone else encountered this sort of problem?

Is there any way you could call or email them to ask?

I don't really know anything about this though.You may find more luck posting this in the mcat forum. I'm sure there are members there who also ordered these tests and can provide some insight.
