Is bond A stronger than bond C because the methyl carbon in bond A doesn't have electron withdrawing groups attached, while the carbon in bond C has the 2 methyl groups attached? Are methyl groups considered to be electron-withdrawing hen they are attached to a carbon? Thanks!
