There's this reaction:
TBR says that this elimination reaction has a competing Sn2 Reaction. I thought that we learned that you can essentially eliminate the competing Sn2 reaction with a bulky base, like t-ButOK. Even in the chapter, TBR says a bulky base is used to avoid the substitution product. How can this have a competing Sn2 reaction?
