Strange? No. Difficult? yes.
It incorporates a lot of concepts from mechanics that aren't usually seen in typical projectile motion passages. I will say that I didn't know what an offshore breeze was. I don't know if MCAT test writers would assume everyone knows something like that. TBR is always a level above.
