Ok someone explain this to me. (I hate how the physics part of the TBR books have questions with no explanations!!! fix this!!)

Which equation represents the rate at which a liquid of mass m, with specific heat c, is heated by a conduting coil of current I and voltage V?

∆T/∆t = mc/IV
I know to use the limiting cases method cause I’m not good at manipulating units. So how would you approach this problem?
Thanks so much everyone!
