TBR Shipping Time

I ordered the TBR books what will be 3 weeks ago soon. If you are familiar with their company you know they use a mail in order form which could definitely extend the amount of time between placing an order and receiving it.

I'm just wondering for those of you who ordered books from TBR how long it took to receive them? And if it was significantly shorter than my wait do you know the best way to contact them?

It took 4 weeks for me to get my books. There's a thread on here somewhere where I think BerkReviewTeach explained the reason for the delay in processing. Let me know if you can't find it.

I got my books about 2-3 weeks after I ordered them, but I called TBR for 4 days after the first week until I got someone on the line. I think that really sped up my transaction time. Good luck =]

Thank you for the replies, I'll see if anything happens in the next week or so before I give them a call to see if they can speed it up. Luckily this is why I am ordering my material very far in advance.

I recently placed an order with TBR and like tman5890, I called a couple of times and it seemed to help.

I received my order 2.5 weeks after I sent the form off by Priority Mail (not too expensive, added on delivery confirmation for good measure). Called a couple of times because I was worried about some of the delivery horror stories I've seen. Confirmation email came a few days after actual ship date.

BTW, I'm in Michigan (which isn't exactly the closest place to Berkeley, CA), opted for the 5-6 day shipping, and was actually pretty happy with their delivery speed.

2-3 weeks. Make sure you call them a few times. After waiting a week or so I called them and coincidentally they were sending them that day. I called back 4-5 days later to make sure they shipped and coincidentally they said that they shipped out that morning.

I got these books today. What I did was one day shipping for my money order and 3 day delivery.

I recommend you do one day delivery for the money order at least because it would be cheaper than expediting 15lb delivery and its guaranteed to get there.

took me over a month from when I sent my stuff in and I live in the middle of California... wish they would've had an online ordering site or other vendors

The books were worth the wait though
