TBR vs. TPR PhysBooks different formulas for same setup; WHICH ONE IS CORRECT?!

I'll keep this short:

TBR (page 96) shows that the formula for a pulley system with two upwards tension supporting forces is equal to W/2sin(theta).

However...

TPR (page 113) has the EXACT SAME setup but says that the tension force is equal to W/2cos(theta)

These are the SAME setups but they are different in the sin/cos which one is the error and which one is correct???

Are both pictures using the same angle? In a right triangle, the cosine of one acute angle is equal to the sine of the other accute angle.
