Hi everyone, I just wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience in the Master's of Biomedical Science program at TCMC. I recently completed the program (graduated at the beginning of May 2013). I would highly recommend this program for anyone that is considering entering medical school next year whether you applied this year and didn't make it in or you didn't apply yet but are looking for something to boost your application. I found the program to be intense, but also felt that I was learning a lot information that will be relevant for medical school. The most important part of the program for me was that everyone at TCMC is very helpful and genuinely wants to assist their students in getting into medical school/dental school, etc, whether it be at TCMC or elsewhere. Personally, I know that this program played a very important role in my acceptance into medical school this year and I can not say enough good things about it. If anyone is interested in the program and has any questions please feel free to message me and I will do my best to answer your questions. TCMC MBS program is a one-year, academic enhancement program that will help strengthen your credentials and success in the medical field. Successful applicants are not only academically qualified (average GPA 3.0, MCAT 24) but also have strong community ties, in accordance with TCMC’s unique mission.

Hello, I have been accepted for the MBS program for the class of 2014 and I was wondering to ask you about the classes over there, how was your experience, how did you accommodate to housing in Scranton, PA, and how can you be helped financially (either scholarships or loans)? Thank you!

P.S.: Also I forgot to ask about the MCAT prep that they offer, did you take this preparation? if so, was this included on the tuition or do you have to pay separate? thank you again!
