TCOM started to accept OOSers! I called today and the letters are going in the mail this afternoon (but with your TMDSAS ID they'll let you know)!

Anyone know how many are they accepting in general? Last year they accepted around 150 and they said that this year they'll accept slightly more (probably between 155-165).
