Hey everyone, I stumbled on this forum and decided to introduce myself. I am a 26 year old personal trainer from NJ and due to the economic situation were currently in, I'm looking to change fields. I loved learning about anatomy and working and helping people. I searched the web and I'm interested in going to school for one of the following: Radiography, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiation Therapy, Sonography, or Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

I wanted to know what other people have to say about these fields. And if they can offer me any help in choosing a career and school. There are a lot of different schools near me that offer all of these programs, from an IT school to an actual university and of course a hospital. Any help in this matter would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

This forum is primarily for people going into radiology, i.e. physicians who pursue additional training in medical imaging after medical school and internship. I would suggest checking out the technologist's forum on Aunt Minnie.
