Step III Technical issue during CCS?

Has anyone ever had a technical issue during CCS cases? In the middle of a case I had one that caused us to restart the computer several times, and I was not allowed (by the software) to finish that particular case. Thankfully I only lost a few minutes, which didn't cut into the future cases.
Tech support was called and Prometric logged the issue. What happens next-will my exam score be adjusted accordingly? Will my score be delayed significantly?
