My teeth do not perfect to eat cool water which pain when drink water suggest me.

Your teeth had weakness causing lake of vitamin or some of other reasons also.
I advice you to take some step to make your teeth strong.
first step : brush your teeth two times in Day
second steps ; avoid soft cold drink and alcoholic drink and smoking.
Three steps : take healthy food for making strong teeth
by this step you can generally resolve your problem.
But if you have serious problem then do not wait just meet dentist.
