1. Seems ripe for so many issues - lawsuits, people practicing medicine without a license, wrong diagnosis, etc

2. I hope 'Dr John' gets paid a nice little fee for each case he works on this myderm thing

3. Sounds like a .com start up that has too many issues to survive. Good idea, but too many issues.
