Does any one have a cheat sheet for telehealth coding for medicare and commercial. What modifier is added to 99214 and 99204 for PP office visit for medicare? Different codes for commercial?

You must use Modifier 95 to identify them as telehealth through December 31, 2023. ○ After December 31, 2023, use POS 02-Telehealth to indicate you provided ...

Are you using 95 or gt for your commercial payors?

Interesting. Have not heard about that.

Honestly, the billing team adds these modifiers for me. So not sure what they are using. I have only noticed -95.
