Hi, I was invited for a telephone interview before the program actually sends out the interview invitation. Do you know what is involved in a telephone interview? How different is it from a on-site interview and what kind of questions should I be expecting?

personally I wouldn't do a telephone interview unless its part of the formal interview process involving a visit to the site. That's wayyyyy too sketchy
