Is it a good idea to tell your Harvard interviewer that you've gotten into Hopkins? (in a very humble manner).

if they ask I would definately be honest about it. But I would it bring it up if they didn't cuz no matter how humble you try to put it there is no reason to bring up your acceptance to another school short of trying to get an earlier decision.

absolutely, if they ask! you wouldn't be there unless you prefer it... but wait for them to ask so it doesn't look like you are leveraging them.

Generally if you're competitive for one top school, you're competitive for others as well. They know that. If they ask, tell the truth.
