Temple Check- did you wait?

Did you wait for Temple to contact you before mailing the check? I added it later and still haven't heard anything but am wondering if I should send a check before being contacted?

My aadsas finally went out to them Sep 17, 2007. should I go ahead and send the stuff or wait?

I feel like I should wait so that they acknowledge that at least there's a folder with my name on it for my check to go in.

Any feedback from anyone that sent checks before hearing back?

I received a secondary app... it asked to send a $30 fee...I sent them together. What does aadsas say? or their website? I would just follow that
