Anyone know what application complete means for temple? I know my letter of recs are not even there yet as one was mailed monday and the other two are still sitting with aadsas? does that mean I am rejected without any other considerations?

How did you interpret "application complete" as a rejection? That's a pretty far fetched assumption. Call the school and ask if you have any questions, but as far as your status, application complete means its complete. Nothing less and nothing more. They probably accessed your application online if it makes you feel any better.
