Has anyone been wait-listed at Temple? I heard there may only be 10 people being wait-listed. Temple is my first choice, and I am curious if there is anyone out there who has been accepted but are planning to decline.

I too am on the waitlist at Temple. Dr. Carp told me 10 people as well but cant tell us where we fall. I just get nervous that their maybe more on list since I heard that the January interviews haven't heard back yet.

I heard back from the January interview on Monday. I e-mailed Dr. Carp and he said there are 10 people on the wait list. They must have already made a decision when you spoke with him.

Does anyone know when there are any deposit due dates for those accepted? I have a feeling that if we hear anything, it will be around days like those.

I declined Temple's offer and I know at least two other students decided not to attend also. Good Luck!

I was accepted in November and paid the $500 deposit, but i was recently accepted to UMDNJ Stratford. By April i will know if i need to decline Temple, so as soon as i know i will contact Dr.Carp so someone else can take my spot!

That's great news, congratulations! Just curious, is there a day when accepted students have to commit to the program, or when a final deposit is due? I just want to get an idea of when I may hear back if there is a chance for me .

Also, does anyone know how the wait list is ranked?

I received a call from Dr. Carp on Friday that someone had to drop their position from the program and I was next on the waiting list. So there is definitely a chance for everyone still on it. Good luck!

When I had talked to Dr. Carp he said there were only 10 students on the wait list. If we know at least I am off and the latest reply, that leaves 8. If you're accepted you have 2 weeks to mail in a deposit, although some people put deposits down at a few schools and then change their minds when they get accepted to their first choice.
