hello, I have a question about temple's group interview. What if the interviewer asks a broad question like "tell me about yourself," or "why dentistry?" but my answer to the question is 10 minutes long. Do my answers need to be concise because it is a group interview with 4 other interviewees and because there are other questions to cover? Or, can I take my time and thoroughly answer my question? people who went to temple interviews or temple students, thanks for your help. 👍

Well, to tell you the truth, from my interview, I don't think I remember anyone going 10 minutes long. I think it was maybe couple minutes at the most for each person. I would probably say to cut it down and see if you can make it no more than a few minutes instead. Pick out the major points.

ya, the temple interview is soo laid back. we had 4 ppl with each one interviewer, and he asked a question a question, and then got each one of us to answer it. nobody took 10 mins, and the thing is, he didnt even take any notes at all!! from what i've heard, the only thing he'll write down is if you are horrible and cant speak, and then he'll fail u for the interview. so, as long as u can speak normally, and dont have 3 arms, u're in good shape. good luck, and relax 🙂
