Hey y'all, for all of u that interviewed at temple, how did u get from the airport to your hotel, and from the school to the airport? Its my first interview and im a bit nervous. I called the hotel im staying at and they were really unhelpful. appreciate any advice

I took train and subway like the letter suggested. There's plenty of hotels in the airport, and if you're brave enough you can enjoy the subway and underground maze! ppl were great about giving directions, too.

It depends on where your hotel is. I was in holiday express last year and I basically took the train from the airport to the hotel. It's pretty good and cheap. But the day of interview I took a cab just b/c I didn't want to be late (bc you don't wanna be late for your interview in case the train is runing late or something). On my way back, there is this shuttle that is called "lkady of libert) it's a van, they charge you like 6 dollars and take you to the airport from your hotel.

thanks for your response. im staying at the alexander inn, im going to call them again about lady of liberty. but i was thinking, dont u just go to the airport from the dental school, y would u go back to ur room?

maybe they weren't flying out till the next day...

maybe they didn't want to haul a suitcase and carry on around the school all day...

what if the flight wasn't for another 5 hours...

Yes, you can bring your suite case to the interview, they locked it up for you in the school while you're going around for the interview! And if your flight is soon after you can take the subway, I am sure Pat or Brian (interview coordinators) will give directions on how to go from school to the airport via subway which is right across from school.
My flight was later and I didn't bring my suite case so I had a different situation.
