Hi, I just received an email from Temple to complete the secondary application. Odd cause I was just about to call them today to ask where it was haha. Anyway, its just basic information, no essays or anything. Is this right?

Also, my AADSAS has said invited for interview at Nova and Case since the beginning of the week, should I call them or just wait. Waiting is so unbelievably hard! And I'm guessing they are well beyond their pre-December interview slots huh? Also the Case says interview pending- primary....?? are they waiting for something?

hmm...I wasn't aware that Temple had a secondary app. The supplemental section on AADSAS just lists the application fee...

once they receive your application, they will send you an email with the attachment file, which you have to just fill out some basic information. I guess that's the supp. material for temple.

Hi Andrea, Nova sends you the details of your interview with data and time about a week after you first see the update status on ADDSAS.

Do you mind sharing when your AADSAS app was mailed out? I got Temple's email for payment today. I am curious to see when I will hear from Case.

I submited mid july and application was mailed out Aug 11 and a revised copy (which no one, not even AADSAS, knows why since nothing was changed) was mailed out Aug 18.

Temple is awesome. I've been in the clinic solid for a month now and have done tons of perio and extractions. This is what my patients need so far.
I have:
10 dentures treatment planned
14 crowns
Possible bridge (got to call my patient back)
and more extractions

It really prepares you well for the real world.

For anyone that's sent in your fee, have they cashed your check yet? And if so, how long did it take for them to do it? I sent mine on 9/5 and it hasn't been cashed yet...

I sent my check and secondary on the 5th and today my aadsas was updated and now says "Received/Waiting Additional Information"
Is it possible they are waiting for my committee letter to be sent (which was received by aadsas but not mailed yet) or is it something else like they didnt get my secondary maybe or didnt process it? Should I call? Some schools are helpful while others get annoyed, does anyone have experience with them?

Same here. I'm not sure wether I should call either. My status changed to Received/Waiting Additional Information as well. The only thing missing was my secondary and fee. Has your's been cashed?

i am pretty sure my file has been complete....but my AADSAS isnt updated. It is still blank. Does anybody else have this? In fact most of my schools are blank. The only schools that have any update on my AADSAS is Loma Linda, VCU, and Nova. I submitted my AADSAS in May. I am pretty sure that my files are complete...

I'm in the same situation... mailed out app fee on the 5th but still waiting for AADSAS to mail out committee letter. I wouldn't call Temple if i were you since they're most likely waiting for your LOR which AADSAS indicated has not been mailed out.

On a personal note, i'm so mad that my pre-health committee took so long to send my LOR out to AADSAS! Otherwise my file could've been complete at least a month ago!

I also have that waiting additional information thing and i submitted my letters of rec with my aadsas so it cant be because of that. They probably havent registered our payment yet.

On a personal note, i'm so mad that my pre-health committee took so long to send my LOR out to AADSAS! Otherwise my file could've been complete at least a month ago!

SAME!! Its not right, I mean 3 years I work my tail off here have a 3.97 gpa study hard for the DAT get my application in at a decent time and my school who I pay like 35,000 a year is HOLDING ME UP!!! I cant tell you how mad it makes me but at least it was sent to aadsas now so hopefully will get interviews before december and it wont matter anymore

Aside from my committee letter, the dentist I shadowed for sent his letter straight to AADSAS (since my committee told me they cant promise which letters they will send and if I want a specific one I should have it sent directly). He sent it electronically then it says mailed like 2 weeks later so I assume its the same with this even though they submitted electronically. My friends was submitted on the 3rd and mailed like the 9th or something so I am hoping its about a week and half turnaround time.

I called them and they told me they just finished processing the payment yesterday. I sent my check on Sept 5. They did say they update the AADSAS status on Fridays. If you have something that says "waiting additional info", and the only thing you think it could be is the check, I could give them a call. They were very friendly and helpful when I spoke with them.

According to an AADSAS rep, it takes 7-10 business days from the day they indicate that LORs were received online to be sent out to the schools.

Also, it seems like Temple has stopped giving out interview invites for past few days.

don't worry too much. Temple continues giving interviews all the way into Feb-March.

It is attached to Interview Invite Email, and there are only 2 questions but they are very hard to answer.
