Hey guys,

I received a Temple interview way back in October for January 16. Included in the packet was the supplemental form, which I thought was to be brought, completed, to the interview. (It is just a simple two-question paper) However, rereading the packet again makes me think I should mail it in? For those of you who interviewed, did you mail it in, and if so, to where?
