I had the number 5 in the right hand corner. I'm guessing it meant that mine was with the 5th batch? Who knows.
Why don't you call the school to find out what that is?
My app was mailed to Temple on 9/8/09. Got the fee form in the mail yesterday (9/22) and it has 10 in the upper right-hand corner.

my supplemental has a 4, sent it about a month ago and my check BARELY got cashed yesterday....i was trippin out for a while like my supp app and check got lost in the mail or sumthin....but i guess they just work slow, look at the predents stats thy get ALOT of applications.

Where is this number? I have an email with a 4 page attachment. The last page has 3 questions, and on the bottom of the 3rd page it says pre=interview summary, but I think most of it is cut off.

The secondary I got is in the attachment from an email they sent. The document is only one page. The number we mentioned here is located on the right upper corner of that one-page form.
I was wondering if this is the real secondary application because it is too easy to fill. Right now I have to try to finish up five secondaries for other schools. Grr.. Mini essays are annoying.

I was in the 2nd batch (if this number theory is right haha) and I got an interview a few days ago!
i was in the FIRST mailing and I didnt get an email with a supplementary?!??!?!!?!?!? you guys got a supplementary via email ?

I am very confused about the supplementary that you guys are talking about. I received an email from Temple on Aug 10 asking me to fill out a fee form and mail my check to them. I mailed them the form and my check right away. Having read this post today, I went back to check my fee form and found that it had a 2 on the upper right hand corner. So I guess I am on batch 2. But since then, I didn't hear anything back from Temple. I called them two weeks ago but they refuse to verify anything for me, not even checking whether my application is complete. So is the fee form the supplementary form you guys are talking about? For those who are placed in batch 2, did you guys already get an interview invitation or supplementary form invitation??? I am so confused...please help!!!
I am pretty sure this is what everyone is talking about. I don't think it is really a secondary.
