Temple transportation help, please :)

Okay so I went to book my hotel for Temple a while back and all the hotels the school suggested were already booked for some doctor conference. I ended up booking a hotel by the airport and just planned on taking the train or subway or whatever it is in the day of the interview. For those that have already interviewed or live in the area what do you think about this? Does this give me enough time and is it in a safe area? Please let me know! Thanks

You should be fine, I stayed near the airport when I first moved here. Give yourself plenty of time to get to the interview. The trains are fine but from the airport I believe you have to switch trains once or twice, so again it will be better to be an hour early than getting there late. We have had many interviewees come late this year.
