What is the earliest day when those schools sent out the interview dates

VCU had their first interview for early decision students in mid september. The first acceptances came in late october. Don't know about the others.

I hope that answers part of the question.

Shenandoah has rolling admissions, so the sooner your application is in, the sooner it is reviewed (and more likely you'll get an interview). I submitted my application to them this past year in August, and I was in their first round of interviews in December. I found out I was accepted two weeks after my interview.
