I heard that some people had their status changed on aadsas to check back. But mine still says invited for interview and I interviewed back in October...I don't know what it means though...

but yes, i would like to hear other's input as well.
 
Mine also says invited for interview. TBH haven't heard of anyone from temple getting their status changed yet
 
same....mine says invited for interview. I'm really anxious to hear from them though so hopefully something happens tomorrow!

I interviewed at temple in september and mine now says "check back dec 1...." it changed today in the afternoon

my status changed to offer made... I am in! Go figure, they enjoyed my 5 minute video! 😀
 
OMGOSH IM IN!!! MY FIRST CHOICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations to everyone else that got in and best of luck to everyone that is still waiting to hear.
 
Hey so I emailed Brian Hanh and i asked him what the deal was and when I should expect to hear back from them and this is what he sent me:

"Hey XXXXXX,

It is still early. There is a good number of applicants that have not heard that interviewed before Dec 1. More acceptances will be going out since it's rolling admissions. Spread the word.

Brian"

Dont lose hope if your AADSAS still says "Invited for Interview"

If anything, that is a good sign, because you are still alive in the applicant pool and you still got a shot.

Hopefully anyone who got an acceptance who isn't into it gives up their seats for us soon :xf:.

YAY!!! Thank you for letting us know! I was super worried when my status didn't change at all! I was just about to email Brian myself but obviously that isn't necessary anymore unless it's to show intent.
 
Good information to know, I had call Brain on my list of things to do tomorrow to see if I could find out about my status.

Damn, I wish I had read this yesterday. I e-mailed Brian last night. 😛
 
For everyone not from PA: Remember it is a state school and the seats are limited for you; wait it out.

For everyone from PA: Wait as Brian told you. Express interest in the school to him if your deadlines for other schools are coming up (such as Pitt or neighboring Penn)

I want to call Brian up and tell him that I really would like to get into Temple.
Do you guys think it would be a smart move to tell him I have been accepted to two other places??

Tricky question. If you do mention it, make sure you dont come off as bragging. Brian is a very realistic and down to earth guy, so he probably wouldn't mind if you mentioned it. I prob wouldn't mention "2 other places", the main idea is that you were accepted but Temple is still your top choice.

Aight... i think that is good advice.
Ill give him a call later today.
And truthfully, Temple is my number one choice and I would turn down my other acceptances if Temple lets me in.
