Temporal Bone Surgery

Anyone know if there is a way for plastic surgeons to do temporal bone surgery? I am really interested in surgery of the facial nerve, but from what i can tell, the plastic surgery experience is limited to reanimation and extratemporal facial nerve. I don't know if the temporal bone is solely the domain of ENT or if plastic surgeons can somehow get involved.

Any help would be great!
