On second read of Kcalb I actually think they are just pure towny, the post that pinged me before was below,

I thought it was giving over explanation and panic and struggling to commit to an opinion, which it is, and it does ping me, but only when taken out of context. When looking at their posts altogether they seem to be quite consistently trying to solve and showcasing true townie paranoia. Their opinions and tone is quite sporadic that I don't see coming from a wolf, particularly as they said this is their first english mafia game, they might choose to be more reserved. But they're jumping in and calling out names which is grabbing attention that I don't see a wolf wanting to have

I like this post. Not a reason wolfy Toby to make make this post.

They seem okay so far, my only thing is they haven't given any reasons for any town reads despite having 6 of them, which does make me think they don't want to commit to any town leans :

There was also a comment that despite being sus of wasp, voting them wouldn't be nice and I don't know why

I don't see much from Wasp so far, they say they come from discord rooms so I'm assuming if they play on discord it's usually a lot more fast paced, and I haven't seen that kind of playstyle yet

Mrs. Queequeeg is our rep (I like whoever called her squee, that's a new one for me). I am also from the Avocado but play enough here to feel comfortable

Also, we use Discord for private chats, and Disqus (blog comments) for our day chats. And we usually have pretty small minimum posting requirements, if at all

To expand on this since I dont think I explained it well.

Asking for clarification isnt *wrong* . It just strike me as odd the lack of either a follow up, or another insight or related take there afterwards. Which can be a sign of there really being not much of an interest when making the question, which is sorta what I refer to 'Im choosing to read it that way'

The another side of it could be simply that after I replied to spurs they already got the answer and didnt want to elaborate more. But idk the 'reading spurs scum to be contrary' as a kinda? Joke doesnt strike me as a view developing on that front

My primary pings on catch up were fruits and maybe kitz (or I'm getting confused with someone else). For fruits, I had the opposite impression of this post to Spurs:

spurs also feels alright to me but his getting so universally village read this early is crazy to me

I can understand wondering if wolves are blending in by handing out easy town reads, but I feel like I've also seen scum say this when they genuinely don't understand/are frustrated by someone getting easy town reads.

Now, since this post, there was some other fruit stuff I liked, so I've tempered the read.

For kitz, I didn't leave myself a bookmark, so maybe it was just a tone thing? IDK

I also think toby and Santy are decently towny.

This post feels kinda sad tbh. I think I need to make a reads list to remind myself who all is playing

For sheer historocity I think they belong above this year's women's hockey team (this is not to knock the uswnt!)

You have to remember that it includes beating the Yankees in the ALCS after being down 3-0 and in doing so setting back the rise of fascism by at least a month, it's objectively a 10/10 championship
