I don't think my opinion is going to differ much from the going consensus. but clem/spurs should be the first two to go. If we flip clem village today shoot spurs and likewise. If you really don't want to go for clem or spurs, I'd shoot apop next.

There is absolutely no way for us to know. Unless jailkeeping is surprisingly loud and someone was informed and isn't sharing, which would be weird. But I believe jailkeeping is usually a quiet action (unless it causes that player to fail an action).

Though...my memory isn't great...and I kinda skimmed it because well...if it's at that stage of the game and he makes a case like that against someone it's usually right, and I'm being a lil lazy.
