I genuinely wasn't sure until the day started. I was 1,000% sure you were going to die and I was going to choke on beans v dubz for most likely to fool me 😅

When you were dead after defending beans it made sense.
In retrospect her tone and progression feels like an intentional deepwolf, but I don't think I would've caught it earlier.

ok so you’re going by process of elimination, so in your point of view, you went from least likely to bus and gradually increased it to most likely to bus?

Basically, yes.
Beans hasn't truly bussed before, but I fully believe toby coached the pack through it
 
i’m very confused why samacs started hard on apops D5 only to fail to stick with it near end of day when she had the tiebreaking power

The apop we're seeing right now feels like a cornered wolf. I think she'd be a lot more chill if she was village (in regards to the past few days plus today).
And don't forget to take QQ into account as well. Since she and apop are the same person

When Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation stepped forward, the room was already frayed. Too many had fallen. Pairs had broken. Numbers had vanished. The quiet geometry of ten had been cracked and scattered across memory.

So when she arrived to take the reins from the one who came before her, no one greeted her with comfort. They greeted her with suspicion.

Her name alone felt complicated.
Transcutaneous. Electrical. Nerve. Stimulation.

Four sharp words buzzing together like wires exposed to air.

They shortened it quickly.
TENS.

Ten.

The number landed heavily in the room. Ten had always meant structure. Ten had always meant completeness. But lately it had also meant something darker - every disappearance seemed to orbit it like a planet pulled into gravity.

From the moment TENS stepped in, the murmurs began.
“She appeared exactly when someone else vanished.”
“She sends currents through conversations.”

And yet she endured.

Again and again the circle tightened around her name, and again and again the current shifted at the last moment. Suspicion crackled, jumped tracks, found another conductor.

TENS survived. Not easily. Not gracefully. But stubbornly.

The embattled feeling never left her. Every word she spoke seemed to hum with electricity. Every vote felt like touching a live wire.
Still she remained.

Until the room finally narrowed.

Three remained standing in the uneasy silence.
TENS.
X.
And Rooster.

Most believed in X. She had that quality people longed for during storms - a calm center, like peanut butter and jelly fitting together without effort, like two numbers meeting cleanly to become ten. X felt trustworthy.

TENS felt… complicated.

When the moment arrived to speak, the room expected something simple.
Instead, TENS said quietly:

“I vote for X.”

The words hit the floor like a dropped weight.
Gasps.
Confusion.

X?

The one nearly everyone trusted?

TENS did not waver. She simply stood there, current humming faintly around her certainty, as if she could see a pattern no one else could.

X laughed. "Of course this is what she's doing, don't you see, Rooster! She's cornered! This is her final last stand, desperate though it may be. Don't fall for it. You know what to do."

And suddenly the decision rested in Rooster's hands.

He agonized. He looked at TENS, she who had stepped into chaos and somehow survived wave after wave of suspicion. Perhaps that resilience meant innocence. Or perhaps it meant something far more dangerous.

Then he looked at X.

Steady. Reliable. The one almost everyone believed in.

Why would TENS vote against her?

The question circled his mind again and again like a ball rolling down a narrow lane toward ten waiting pins. Was there something to it that he wasn't seeing? He studied the two of them, eyes shifting back and forth, cocking his head while the questions raced through his brain. He took his time. Methodically considering every angle.

The room held its breath.

At last Rooster spoke.
“I vote for TENS.”

Silence fell like snow.

TENS exhaled once, the current inside her finally fading.

Then came the sound.
A sharp crack in the quiet.

TENS staggered and fell, the electricity gone from the room as if someone had severed the wire that powered everything.

Two remained.

Rooster.
And X.

At the beginning, it wasn't clear that X, or her family, would survive.

She had arrived under impossible odds. Suspicion brushed past her name more than once in those early days, the way wind rattles every window before choosing one to break.

But X adapted.

She did not shout. She did not force herself into the center.
She simply did what people wanted most when fear spreads - she helped.

Quiet guidance. Careful words. Small reassurances that made the room feel steadier.

Trust gathered around her slowly, the way numbers gather toward ten - one, two, three, inching closer to something whole.

And all the while, beneath that calm surface, X worked. Carefully. Precisely.

One death at a time.
Right under their noses.

2x5 vanished while everyone argued about multiplication.

The jersey with the proud 10 disappeared while they debated loyalty.

Capricornus fell on a ridge while they praised her heroism.

The Ten Commandments collapsed beneath a sky full of accusations.

Decathlon was discarded.

Strike was silenced.

Each moment seemed separate. Each explanation sounded reasonable.

And every time the circle tightened, X stood nearby - steady, supportive, trustworthy.
By the time the pattern could have been seen, it was too late.
Seven days passed like seven turns of a tightening screw.

Seven days of tension.
Seven days of whispers and fear.
Seven days of X guiding them gently through the storm she herself had created.

And now, at the end, she stood victorious.
The room had narrowed to its final shape.

Ten had haunted everything - the vanished pairs, the fallen symbols, the quiet arithmetic of suspicion.
But now ten meant something else again.

Her team had won.

She had led them there through patience, deception, and nerve. Through a perfect sequence invisible to everyone else.

Rooster looked at her now, realizing too late what had happened.
X met his gaze calmly.
There was no malice in her expression.

Only relief.

After seven long days and six long nights of tension and calculation, the weight finally lifted from her shoulders. Victory settled over her like warm sunlight.

This was her salvation.
This was her nirvana.

And somewhere, deep in the quiet arithmetic that had shaped the entire week, the number ten finally rested

perfect,

Absolutely not! You subbed into a terrible position, dragged yourself out of low hanging fruit territory by sheer force of will, and had the solve in the end.

This was 1) some downright terrifying wolf play and 2) a team loss - village collectively locked incorrectly, we take that on as a group

apop, I truly don't feel you could have played any better than you did. A perfect example of how to sub into a low-hanging-fruit spot and keep yourself alive, even when you yourself are ... not the most commonly village read :laugh:.

You did phenomenal.
beans did phenomenal.
and @fruitsalad did an AMAZING demonstration of how to correctly approach an F3 scenario, even if he didn't get to the correct conclusion ultimately, but with that methodical approach, he gave himself the best possible shot of doing so.

I'm so proud of all the nooblets :biglove::biglove::biglove:
 
If I had been alive there's absolutely no way I would have had the time or energy for what @fruitsalad did today, excellent excellent work and inspiring amounts of WIM

And @beans2020... I bow down. Lone wolf against what, 10 villagers? I've been in that spot before and it is so, so difficult. This was the most impressive OG pack comeback I have seen in my entire WW career. Extremely, extremely well played.
