tendon fenestration works.

i don't use the device. it has some limitations. large bore, only 1 size/length at product launch, expensive, etc. the surg center will cover the costs. i believe people are using the surgical tenotomy codes. those codes pay well.

i have also spoken with a very well regarded physician who does surgical tenotomy with incision. I'm not sure how well we are covered for complications from these types of procedures as we are not trained specifically for it... but it is an incredibly simple procedure to perform.

I may be be wrong, but looks a bit barbaric. Never tried it, but hey, always open to trying something if there is evidence behind it.
