Is it frowned upon to list testing anxiety on secondaries as the reason for withdrawals/deficiencies on the application?

That would not inspire confidence for me as a screener, especially if you have not been medically diagnosed with this problem before. You're going to have many more high-stakes tests in your future.

It would make me worry about your ability to succeed in medical school, especially with Boards. I have have an absolutely brilliant OMSII who we are really worried about due to her text anxiety, which seems to be treatment-resistant.
