Test in NY or FL???

I'm planning on taking the DAT in late august. I'm in NY now, and need to arrange a flight to Florida around that time anyway. Should I arrange to take the test in New York or in Florida? Is there even a difference at all?

I bet you there is no real difference. If you want, call the Prometric centers and see which one you like the best. I called a bunch of places in Florida to see if they would let me use paper. Sadly, they all said no!

it's a STANDARDIZED exam... it does not matter if you take it in FL or NY. Take the exam in FL if you feel like a little humidity will bring you some good luck, take the exam in NY if that new yorkah accent is what you prefer.

I took mine June 20th in South FL and was pleasantly surprised to be given paper and pencil. So maybe there is a difference...
