plasmid vector suitable for cloning have characteristics:
1 must be able to replicate synchronously with host chromosome
2 several unique recognition sites for one enzyme
3 2 genes conferring resistance to different antibiotics
ans 3
can someone explain
also cholesterol in liver form
choline
steroid
ans key choline ..is not steroid formed from cholesterol too
collagen synthesis post transational step occur extracellular
1 hydroxylation
2 intermolecular cross bridges
ans key
but i think it is 1 as hydroxylation of lysine and proline is post transtional modification and it is extracellular
can someone confirm
level of nonprotein nitrogen in blood :
urea
ammonia
ans urea ...but is not urea the normal product of Aa metabolism by urea cycle ??
