What takes place during the actual classes (excluding the sessions where you take practice/real exams) of MCAT prep courses?

I've narrowed my options to Kaplan, but in the general sense...
I'm curious as to how the lectures (if any) are run in prep courses, because that is the ONLY reason that is going to make or break my decision to take a test prep course. Do the teachers give you tips that you can't get if you study on your own?

Thanks! 😀

It all depends on your teachers. Most will just follow the material in the books that you are given. Every now and then some are exceptional and will offer advice you can't get anywhere else.

I didn't take Kaplan, I used Princeton review.

If your disciplined enough to study on your own then I would recommend just going through the books.
