My test is Thursday. Can someone who has already taken the DAT tell me what they did the day before to relax, if they did at all? I know that if I stress out before my exam, I'll score a point or two lower. Anyone have any good pointers?

1. start getting a good night sleep...sleep well (7hrs) starting tomorrow night
2.the day before the test, do a light review....think about how you will approach the questions, think about you strategy for rc, qr, etc..what to do during your break...etc
3. night before, get out what you will wear, print out your driving instructions, lay out your id cards, pack your snacks etc
4. if you can, get a massage...you'll feel rejuvinated...take a nice shower before going to bed
5. get a good nights sleep and dominate your test...

My test is on thursday as well. I plan on nervously studying all day wed!!!!!!
But yes, I have plans for a nice easy night of watching movies, eating ice cream, and relaxing by 8 o clock!!!
Also, cramming doesn't really work. Study short term memory things that you might forget (like, don't study glycolysis, study whether COOH is O/P or M)
mine is on thursday too...wow guess that's a popular day. I wouldn't say that there is no point in studying but I wouldn't try to learn anything new at that point. I'm going to go over math formulas and my notes I took while studying. I'm not going to go through achiever or topscore that's for sure....if I bump into the most remotely confusing thing I know I'll freak out. good luck all we're almost done!! 🙂🙂
