if you plan to take any of the NBMEs (which you definitely should), then you will find an option to go through the tutorial before taking the practice test.

It's also the same for the 150 free questions from the NBME website, so that's another option. Although you probably should try an NBME test or too.

Skipping the tutorial is a good idea. It will buy you extra 15 minutes that you will definitely need.
